Men's BBQ Cookoff Rules
The Men's BBQ Cookoff will have the following three categories:

1) Ribs
2) Brisket
3) Wings

Below are the minimum requirements of meat to bring for each category you choose to enter:

Ribs = 3 slabs (minimum)
Brisket = 2 briskets (minimum)
Wings = 3 dozen (minimum)

Below are the time frames for the event:

5:30 PM: Arrival at GCF Wharton, and turning in your item(s) for the judging.
6:00 PM: Eating and fellowship.
9:00 PM: End of event.
