About the Tournament

All proceeds benefit the Grace Community Fellowship Youth Department, a 501(c)3 organization, which provides ministry to local youth in Wharton, Fort Bend, Matagorda, and Colorado counties.

About River Ridge Golf Course

River Ridge is built within a generous 350-acre river valley amidst more than 1,500 old-growth pecan trees. It is a place for golfers who want to play without distraction, on a grand scale and at proper pace. It is designed to provide a sense of retreat from the typical and is simply golf as it should be played.  River Ridge has been honored with a “Four Star” Rating from the Houston Chronicle (January 1999); a Top 3 winner for “Best New Public Courses” and “Best Public Courses”, #2 – “Favorite Public Courses”, “Top 12 Courses in Texas” and #1 – “Best Public Course Value” in the Chronicle 2000 Golf Survey (March 2000). Additionally, River Ridge was the only daily fee course in Texas noted in Dan Jenkin’s article, “Best Modern 18 Holes” Golf Digest (February/March 2000). River Ridge continues to be honored by its patrons, each day, by spreading the word of its natural beauty.
